I've only used the purple set and they work very well. Just need to use them daily to get the benefits.

A very nice assortment of toe spacers. Using these to try to alleviate some of the pains and aches in my foot due to a stringent running routine. Aside from the bunion spacers, I wasn't able to fit into any socks or shoes while wearing these. Also, the Separators & Stretchers and triple-toe loop spacers are a little on the small side and i found that they cut off circulation. That's me and my large feet though, so maybe they'll be better for you. I think the quality of these spacers is really good. The gels are the exact same as a more expensive set I bought (where I only received 2 spacers).
