This may seem like a stupid question, but is this flour unbleached?

This is not bleached. It's stone ground whole wheat. It makes kick ass bread. Best thing I've found for my recipe.

Is this organic or not? Picture says yes but description does not.

NOT ORGANIC.. Amazon is fully aware they have inserted the wrong photo but is un willing to fix it. We spend hours and hours on the phone with them insisting that they remove this photo. The UPC code for this listing is for 100% whole wheat flour NOT ORGANIC. IF YOU ORDER FROM us, NEWCREATIONUSA, It will not be organic.

what is the difference bettween this and stone ground graham flour

I don’t know, but the following is what I found on “google”. This wheat flour is an off white color, rather than tan and is finer than most brands at the store. Google answer: Can you use whole wheat flour instead of graham flour? The germ contains oil that accelerates rancidity. Graham flour is unrefined and unbleached. Although the terms graham flour and whole wheat flour are often used interchangeably, there is a difference. Graham flour is a slightly coarser grind than whole wheat flour.May 10, 2019
