This is the only pan you will ever need. We use it for everything: stir fries, pancakes, fried eggs, soups, etc. It does it all. The handles on everything are not real wood, it's like a soft plastic or rubbery material that is super comfortable in your hand. The best part about them, us that the handles don't get hottest when you cook. The lid works amazingly! Everything is super easy to clean. It doesn't fit in my dishwasher, but washing it by hand is a breeze. It's kinda heavy, but that's expected because it is so big and spacious. I scrambled 2 and a half dozen eggs in this a few weeks ago, and there was still plenty of room in it. I am very impressed with it. And it comes with a cute little spatula! You need this. I promise you won't regret it. Money very well spent!

The knob fell off from the lid after being used for less one year. Can you fix it?

I liked everything, versatility in the things you can cook with this cookware. Have made spaghetti, chili, and beef stew. The design allows for even heat distribution with is key in cooking any one dish meal.

I've now used this wok 3 times (06/June/2020), and will be using it again. And again. And again (etc, ad nauseum).I used to have a thin steel wok. Its capacity was stupidly amazing. This wok is a little bit smaller than that one. However, it is still perfect for what I mostly want it to do: Hold a pound of cooked spaghetti and be able to toss it with the stuff I had previously stir-fried in it (I call it Chinese Spaghetti).I've also used it to make a beef and vegetable stir fry. Also, fried rice.The nonstick quality of the wok is baffling to me. I wanted a wok that didn't use Teflon, and I wanted a wok I didn't have to season (I love to cook, but I'm lazy). This wok fits perfectly in those guidelines. The entire surface of the wok (inner and outer) is almost obscenely slippery. I've followed the guidelines as far as high heat is concerned. This is difficult to figure out, because stir frying is all about high heat. I'm still trying to find the perfect stove setting to use this wok. So far, it's worked really well at 5/10 on the large element of my stove, but it's taken longer. Next time I'll try 7 (the first 2 times, I tried 4). All stoves are different though, so I recommend starting at like 4 and seeing what happens.I love the rubber gasket on the lid. Good secure fit, and the lid has a vent for those times when you'd rather steam things vs. straight up frying them.The wok came with a wood spatula (thanks, that's wooden spatula number 6 for my kitchen). I think I'd rather see some kind of insert I could put in it to steam things (like a small circular elevated rack, not metal, and not a 3-tier bamboo monstrosity). But this is personal preference, it does not damage the rating at all.If I ever have to replace this wok (my last one lasted about 25 years), I will definitely be replacing it with this one, or one that is nearly identical to it.

I'm not sure this is a great wok, but it is one of my favorite pans. Instructions say you can ruin pan by using high heat and claim that it conducts heat well enough that you don't need it on high, but that hasn't been my experience with my electric stovetop. Maybe it's better with gas. That said, I love this pan. It is great for large batches. I love it for making pureed veggie soups (start with oil and aromatics, then add other veggies and cook lightly before adding broth, cover, simmer, puree). It is large with a long handle making it difficult for me to store. Something to keep in mind if you have a small kitchen and aren't willing to toss some other cookware or appliances to make space.

This is LITERALLY MY FAVORITE POT in the whole universe!!!!! I am a Chinese girl with 10 years of cooking experience, trust me it won't let you down... BTW the spatula also works perfectly! This is already 2nd time I bought this pan, I changed my school, but not this pan:))))))) (Two apartments with one gas cooktop and one stovetop, all work fine) Sorry, I don't have the pic for the pot right now but I want to show how the food comes out haha!

The media could not be loaded.  I really like the versatility and multiple features of this wok. The detachable handle is genius and makes clean up even easier. The coating on the pan appears durable and not easily scratched - I’ve used probably 10-15x and it’s holding up well so far. The lid is able to stand up which is a nice feature.Overall, I’m happy with this wok. I hope the nonstick coating maintains its durability.

Great product.Arrived well packaged and intact. Included lid can stand upright using its handle. Included silicon spatula is soft, flexible and doesn’t melt.Wooden handle on the wok remains cool when cooking. Non stick surface performs well and looks brand new when cleaned. External non stick coating is a nice touch and makes cleaning the wok a breeze.I can’t comment on its longevity since I haven’t owned it long enough. From what I’ve seen so far, this product is well worth the price.

I purchased it for husband for father's day and ever since then there is almost never a day when we don't use it. It's so well made that I regret not buying sooner. So far we have tried using it for pancakes, eggs, breakfast skillets, stews, home fried potatoes, pastas and more... we are absolutely in love with this wok... this brand carries other things and I'm already looking into obtaining some more items... superb multifunctional pan 👌 👏 👍... really recommend it.
