These set of three pull down bars are the bomb!As I try to maintain arm and shoulder mobility at my age, I frequently use exercise bands for some of my physical therapy exercises. However, I have never been satisfied with many of the standard design handle kits, either because of the handle's quality or because of the position it places my hands and arms in when I use them. The ability to swiftly switch out the handles for ones that better position my grasp for the movement made this set the ideal choice for me to use for a variety of activities. My son uses this kit for his workouts with much more weight than I do, and he has commented on how nice they are for things like tricep extensions and heavy pull down movements, eliminating the wrist pain he's previously experienced and allowing him to concentrate on particular muscle groups. However, I am certainly not using much resistance for my purposes. The set is designed with the palms grips facing the direction to activate the muscle intended.With a smooth, black rubber coating that offers both comfort and durability, the handles' quality is especially excellent. Heavy duty rubber coated with gripping material that helps even with sweaty hands. My son has put these on the wall with hooks to save space by creating a nesting pattern for storage using the shape and length of the handles.These have some weight and can take a beating if dropped on the floor.

I do like my hand position is very comfortable! Highly recommended

I’m bummed I just used this once and it is already peeling. Maybe this one was defective? Has anyone had luck contacting the seller for a replacement part?

The rubber coating ripped and began coming off - after one week of use. Returned to Amazon. Had a lot of potential but ultimately the rubber didn’t meet the road.

It’s cracking and pieces of rubber are breaking off.
