I'm giving this product 4 stars but I do want to say that it is having little to no effect on me. It's not really fair for me to think this product would work to keep my uric acid levels where they need to be, it's just not strong enough. I tried this product for a week and as much as I wanted it to work, it did not and I had to go to my doctor and get some steroid pills which worked almost immediately.So, if your condition is chronic and you have more serious kidney issues, please go see a doctor before it gets worse. For mild flare ups or occasional gout, I do believe this product can work. I have used most of the products contained in this formula and it used to work for me but as I get older and my situation gets more serious, it's just not working anymore. I am not blaming this product and I do think it has a lot of potential to provide a natural way to deal with higher uric acid levels without resorting to OTC or prescribed medications that could have other side effects.I will say the taste of this formula is really good. You can dilute it in water but it tastes fine just to put a couple droppers of it in your mouth. It has a natural, flowery taste that I enjoy. If you've had good results with tart cherry and other home remedies for gout, I believe this could really help you and it might be worth giving it a try. It definitely won't hurt and I do think this is a quality product containing natural ingredients.

The recommened dosage is 2 bulb squeezes 3x per day. We are happy to see that this is a product made in the USA. It is GMO free, Vegan, Sugar Free, Gluten Free and Alcohol Free. It is EarthKosher certified.We have used several products from this company and have found them all meeting high standards yet still affordable.

This is easy to use and natural.Just put 2 bulb squeeze’s into a drink like juice or water .My husband gets gout occasionally and he was happy to try this to help keep the gout away.I can’t tell you for sure if it works because he has not had any gout lately, but he believes it is from these drops.

This is really good uric acid support drops. My partner needed them & it has helped to regulate what he’s got going on. They taste good, and they have an easy dropper to use. Very recommended for extra daily support naturally! Great price for the quantity and quality!!!

I cannot be sure how effective this is as a sole-source solution to gout. But it has great ingredients, an (eye) dropper to put 2 squirts in my mouth, and it is Made in the USA. So that gets 5 stars.
