My lh surge is 1.3 but shows high and not peak. Anyone faced the same?

Thanks for your questions.

Please kindly note that our App will mark the peak until the latest T/C ratio is lower than the last ratio which is highest in the same cycle.

Therefore, I'd recommend you to keep testing and the peak should show up soon.

Regular cycle of 28 days. and i'm getting t/c ratio 0.doing everything by d book. where m i wrong? plzhelp!!

Thank you for asking Amazon Customer. The Premom app will tell you the ratio as a high, peak, and ovulation day once it reaches above a certain number. The tests are negative and very faint, then it may read it as a 0. You can edit the test and realign for a ratio amount, but it would still be a negative or low reading. Test between 10 am -8 pm, reduce liquids a couple of hours before testing, and log results at 5 minutes. Reach out via the support tab in the Premom app for detailed assistance. Haven’t had my period for 8 years how can I track last period?

Thanks for your question.

Please note our app can't make any prediction without recent menstruation. In your case, I'd recommend you consult your physician why your period is not coming. Your physician might give you some medicines to adjust your period and when your period becomes regular, you can start to use LH strip to predict your ovulation.
