Recommended: Great Value with Multiple Ways to Exercise
Easiness to assemble: 5/5 I was able to put it together in less than 40 minutes.Sturdiness: 4.5/5 given the relative light weight I think it’s not as sturdy as those very heavy equipments.Usability: 5/5 given so many exercise options I’m very happy with the purchase. Great piece of gym add on in WFH days.Quality Given Price: 4.5/5 Pretty good to me at this price point, but it’s not the fancy type where they calibrate all the details. But for the price point I’d recommend to get it.

Not for serious training, not for beginners, either
The media could not be loaded. Waste of money. My gym had a type of machine like this one for abs and I loved it--I'd been searching online for something similar and decided to go for this one based on the positive reviews. It was a mistake and it won't happen again with this kind of garbage. Where are the quality control people? It used to be that you bought something and it had some kind of guarantee. I wish I'd had the wherewithal to return it when we finally put it together (we were in the middle of a remodel, so the "window" closed by the time we set up the gym.)For serious trainers/people seeking solid equipment to home-train: my husband weighs 210 lbs. and he's all muscle. For him it was akin to getting on a plastic child's toy. It's so unstable and poorly made, it's like a cheap tchotchke you buy at a souvenir shop--only bigger and way pricier. If you weigh under 100lbs. it MIGHT work for you, that is if you can get it to work. For beginners/people seeking a way to get their core in shape: do yourselves a favor and learn how to do plank or modified plank with a head support. This piece of equipment was so unstable, using your own body weight--if you're not strong enough, renders this item unusable. It's rickety, cheaply made, and it was a total waste of money. My guess is, anyone who has had success with it are the exceptions, not the rule.

It’s working for me.
I looked at a lot of fold up bikes on line. This one passed everything I had on my check list. The seating wide, backing long enough to support my back. The handles in position to grab on the side, up front and in the middle. Very quiet to the point every time I’m on it my husband says that thing doesn’t make any sound. It doesn’t. It holds my weight of 216lbs.. I like the color black and red. The only thing was the monitor was broke. Customer service responded right away after I sent pictures. So hopefully the monitor works like it’s suppose to when I receive it. Customer service responded back and I should be receiving the monitor soon. That’s why it didn’t receive a 5 star. After a month I received the monitor it works just fine. I pleased.

Great beginner bike: silent, easy to use, small
This is a great little bike. It was pretty easy to put together and it provided all of the tools you would need. It folds up nicely, and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I am about 215 and 5’4”. It isn’t for someone with bad balance because it is a bit finicky getting on and off of it, but the seat itself feels very sturdy. In the month that I have had it, I have logged almost 300 miles on it. It is virtually silent. There is sometimes a little bit of a squeak or click when switching between “gears”. I use it in the same room as my napping baby and it doesn’t wake him up.Overall, I don’t feel much resistance until I am on 6/8. If you are looking for something to really push you, this probably isn’t it. But if you are looking for something to give you a nice little workout to help get you back in shape or get some easy activity in your day, then I suggest you check this bike out.

Great product!
I really like this item. The assemble is very easy and the parts are well crafted. I have been using it for a couple of days and I’m very satisfied with this product. Looks simple but very useful. I have to admit that this one is the most useful fitness equipment that I have ever purchased. A big thumb up!

Ok
It is great for exercising the muscles it is meant to work out I really like it it is small and it fits in our garage great. My issue is - as new as my machine is - that it has already broke after only a few uses, I was able to fix it but it doesn’t quite work the same because the seat is now at an angle which is awkward. Because the seat has always been wobbly I fell to the side and the seat went to the side completely. I wasn’t too surprised because I read it in someone else’s review and I knew it was a matter of time because of the wobbly seat - just by how the machine is made.I was able to jam it back into place - fortunately - but again it’s at an angle. Again it’s a good machine for your stomach too bad it is just kind of poorly made, just be careful.

This is one of those cases where I REALLY wished I had paid more attention to the reviews. My bad. Even on a tile floor this unit has a serious case of the wobbles and if you are not careful, you might find yourself on the floor trying to extract yourself from this unit. Thankfully nothing was bruised other than my pride. There are some design flaws with the gliding seat. If you are not careful and place too much weight on the either side of the seat it will pop off the rail. So you have to be very careful about kneeling on it to do ab pull ups. It requires synchronized kneeling :-) The manual only has TWO exercises which are different than what are shown on the web-site. I won't be returning this unit because based on other reviews it is a hassle. Not worth the partial refund. I did some digging around on the web and have found a couple of alternative uses for this machine which works for me. The one bonus is that it easily folds up for storage in the corner of the room so it is not becoming an impromptu coat rack. I'll use it until it is no longer viable. This is NOT one of my smarter purchases.
