How long will the butter cookies stay fresh if opened at Christmas

As long as you keep the lid on, they will stay fresh for a long time. Believe it or not, if you put them in the refrigerator, they will stay fresh even longer.

Description states "Expiration date 11/28/2019" Why would anyone want cookies that expired over a year ago???

Amazon used to have report incorrect information right below that description now they don't at this time there's 13 sellers that probably don't know that is there. I've contacted other sellers on incorrect information and they actually ask me if I could call Amazon and it would be corrected quicker but how 13 sellers don't know notice that that's put in there and they can't change it only the original person who put the ad up. Amazon should come back with report incorrect information. Also they stopped allowing people to comment on reviews. It irritates me when a reviewer has no idea what they're talking about. Like the other guy who answered this question.
