Having owned a Karcher window vac before and I think this is a great substitute for a fraction of price. Does a great job with condensation and cleaning windows inside and out. Possible not as solid a machine but no complaints so far.

Wanted to return this as it was too big for where I wanted to use it. Had to contact seller to arrange a return only to be told I would have to pay return postage. Nowhere on the item does it state this! Amazon tried to get a pre paid label but the seller refused. The seller was quite abrupt and rude with replies. This should be clear on the item so customers know when buying. I would have bought from another seller or item if I had known.Can't fault amazon as they have offered to pay the postage once returned but it has taken a long time to get to this stage.
