I wanted to write a review with the most accurate results. I've been using the red clover for 7 days and I can say I'm am supremely impressed. I purchased this product with hopes that it would help with my inflammation in my milk duct. It's always very painful and it happens usually around menstruation. It worked for me and I am so happy about it. I don't have extra energy or any of the other things people were saying but I can say my cycle ended better than most months and I started taking them day 3 of my menstrual and my inflammation is gone. 7 days of taking combined with turmeric but I'm not impressed with the turmeric. Nonetheless this is a go to for now on for me.

This product has mostly fixed my hot flashes and night sweats. It took about two weeks to get the full effect, taking one capsule twice a day, but since then, I rarely have a night sweat, and I have one hot flash per day at most. If I miss a dose, I feel it, so I'm pretty sure this herb is making the difference for me.

Can't say anything much about the red clover pills, you have to take it for three months for these pills to work. I just purchased it. Received it on time it was in a secure box. The pills are small and has no taste. I would buy it again. Only thing is, on these pills it takes time.

I was recommended to take this to clean out my blood. I did and when it was time to start my monthly I had no pain cramps or symptoms. I just started. This is included in my daily intake. The pills are easy of swallowing, no known side effects. Smell like a normal herb. Was worth the money.
