I am truly amazed by how good this product works. I have two cats that, let's say, leave behind less than desirable scents behind after they do their thing. I tried everything from different litters to deodorizers to plug ins, but since my oldest no longer buries her "stuff" (comfortable? Isn't she?), the scent would permeate around the house. I plugged these bad boys in near the litter boxes and what a difference! Scents are neutralized and the most you smell is right when she drops her stuff.I also have one plugged in the kitchen wall and my cooking smells do not sit around the house. You know when you love the smell of pork when you first cook it, but don't love the smell of pork while you're trying to sleep?. It's like having a guest overstay their welcome...But in both cases they work well. I also love that you get four so you can plug multiple around the house. Even though i think these are intended for small places, i have an open concept kitchen and rooms are of fair size plus 30 ft ceiling in the entryway. It works and I'm happy.

They seem to work well for smell. I put one next to a litter box and after a few hours the lingering smell was gone. I’d order more if I thought I’d actually get 4 working devices.**update**Contacted support and got a partial refund for the non-working unit. Which was great, because I really did not want to return the working ones, or replace (what if I got sent another pack of 4 and only 3 worked!!).I do think these work well though (when they work). So far, I've noticed my apartment having a fresher/neutral smell when I return to it....and I can even smell my candles more.

The media could not be loaded.  Works surprisingly well for odor control! I had some guests smoke in my house without asking so I bought these ionizers and they work SURPRISINGLY WELL! I put 2 of them near my cat liter and people are always surprised I have cats when they walk in mg house because they can’t smell the liter boxes.I highly recommend these.

Not impressed with these ion generators. I haven't noticed much difference and neither has my husband.

Customer service was great addressing an issue with the product. Restored my confidence. They are definitely driven to ensure satisfaction. They made a bad experience better.

i keep 3 in my area. i have 2 in my room, one behind my nightstand, and one by my bookshelf. and 1 in my bathroom. i have 2 cats that prefer my room over anywhere else in the house, plus their litter box is in my bathroom. i recently adopted my second cat, so i needed something besides plug in air fresheners the help with smell. keep in mind the smell is only with the litter box after they use it. im a clean freak and very organized. i also had the problem of having stuffy noses and stuff with the cats always being in my room. i wanted something to help with the air quality but i didn’t have the space or aesthetic for a big air purifier. so i found these with relatively good reviews. i use this with air fresheners because i like the way they smell. and honestly, i think it does pretty good! my mom has only commented on my room when i feed them wet food, other than that, no complaints from me or her. so that’s a win in my book! i recommend giving this a shot, and if you don’t like them you could always return it ! it’s a good deal for four of them !

Noticed smell of burning wire. Have to clean often. Does not do a very good job. I was afraid it would catch house on fire. UPDATE!! OWNER REACHED OUT TO APOLOGIZE AND REFUNDED MY MONEY WHICH WAS APPRECIATED
