These are used constantly and are still in good condition despite my daughter's rough handling.

They are really lovely mugs, but one was chipped badly. Box undamaged and well packaged so suggests quality control issue. No option to contact seller as I would have just liked a replacement mug for the damaged one, so had to return the whole thing.
