I've used this product for several years to eliminate sciatic pain so these were just replacements for the originals as, with use, the adhesive doesn't stick as well and needs replacing. But I get MANY uses from them. I use one on each side of my spine so both sides are treated at the same time. My chiropractor used his professional machine that does the same thing so that's how I found out about this type of pain treatment. When I found this pain treatment and how easy it is to use it at home and get basically the same results, it became my 'go-to' back pain relief. I use it set as high as it can be set as I need to really feel the pulsations as it works its magic. It's a good excuse to spend 30 minutes relaxing at the computer playing games and getting pain relief at the same time!! Your back will let you know it's happy with the pain cycle being broken. And there's no medicinal odor produced!!

The IcyHot TENS has been helpful in easing the back pain. I am thankful to find the patches even at such a high price.

I've been using the Icy Hot TENS Smart Relief pads for many years now. I have severe spine issues which create nerve pain going down the legs. Advil takes time to work on the pain. Ice does a pretty good job, but not easy to use if away from home. The TENS pads can be worn at any time, most anywhere. One caveat, I was having an EKG done one time with the pad working and it interfered with the test. Turned it off, and all went fine. I find that wearing a snug brief keeps the pad intact on the skin. These pads are getting harder to get. I don't know if Icy Hot is going to continue with them. I hope they do.

Purchased these refill packs to have ready for when my original pad no longer sticks to my skin. This is my first experience with the "tens therapy" thing, so I am new to it. It seems to work and only purchased it due to a person that was on the same isle in the store as I was looking into this product and he HIGHLY recommended it. He told me about his own personal experience with this product, so I purchased it. These are only the replacement refill pads, but I am SOLD. The store where I purchased the unit that has the battery and does the actual work to send the pulses to the pad unfortunately did not stock the refill pads, hence I purchased them from Amazon.

I have been using the Icy Hot Smart Relief device and pads for several years now because of arthritis and back issues. The device works as well as the ones at my doctors. These pads are a replacement for some I bought at least 6 months ago. I had been searching for some at my local retailers, but had been unable to find them because of the Covid -19 issues with supply. Amazon had to them. Package arrived quickly. The box was damaged in shipping, bit the pads were just fine.

I have been using a TENS device for about three years and it does help, especially when I have to walk or stand longer than usual. It is easy to use, too. Once the device is turned off, though, the relief fades fairly quickly. It helps bolster my confidence in my ability to move through the day. I wouldn't want to be without it, though.

Use for back pain but does not stick too many times as glue wears off

very good the only trouble was that i did not received the free pack . i only got one ice hot pack should have got two pack ,.very good other wise .

Really easy t put on and get on with things. I even ride with mine on. On wires to faff with.
