This machine feels very well made, good size and weight to be comfortable without needing a whole roll of wrap on it. The battery isn't removeable or interchangeable which I'm not a huge fan of but it does seem to allow the overall machine to be a lot more compact length wise which also helps with the balance. The + is on the left and - is on the right for the controls which is annoying but you'll get over it quickly. The display is a little confusing and the instructions are no help with explaining what is going on, but once you get it figured out I really like the display. While powered on it scrolls between voltage, battery life, and working time which is really handy. I was very impressed with the battery life and according to the guide a full charge gets you 200 minutes of working time. It's got a lot of annoying quirks but the overall quality and usability of the machine make them feel like not a big deal and overall I'm pretty pleased with this machine.

So many great things to say about this tattoo pen from EZ Tattoo. It's certainly beautiful looking, very well made, and has an excellent finish. The entire pen is only 4.25" (4 1/4") from end to end... and that INCLUDES the integral battery! Impressive.I love the fact that it's a fat pen, and the parallel sides lend themselves perfectly to making it even fatter through the use of grip tape and paper towels. You can customize a really fat, vibration absorbing grip.Adjusting the stroke is simple, just by turning the barrel. The stroke is impressive in that it maxes out at 4.0mm. Great for working off the needle tips.There is an excellent digital LED readout atop the pen, which shows the battery charge remaining (see pic 7, showing 100%), as well as what speed you're working at. The battery will supply voltage ranging from 5.0v-12.0v, and is adjustable in tenths of a volt... outstanding.Here's where I feel it disappoints: Vibration. Vibration is notable at every speed in this pen, and naturally gets more extreme as you increase the voltage. It becomes both noisy and vibrates... a lot.I'm a fan of this pen, but the vibration is a big turn off to me. I've tried machines that were much cheaper, and far smoother. Perhaps it's just this one. That's my hope.Great design, super well made, one problem.

The media could not be loaded. Most of the products from EZTAT2 are really nice but I feel like this one is a solid miss. Its advertised as having a low noise Swiss motor but its the loudest machine I have and it vibrates like crazy. It legitimately feels like it’s going to shake itself to pieces. The battery is built in so you have no option of changing it or using a clip cord if you want to when it runs flat. The listing and instruction card say that its 3.5 and 4.0mm stroke but there is no discernible way to change it or to determine which it actually is short of trying to measure it. Cartridges seem to fit well and I like the memory and one touch on/off while you are working so those features added another star but the overall result is a bust. I would recommend looking at one of their other offerings or a different brand. Not this one.

nice portable machine, very compact and portable, feels really nice in the hand, and while on the maximum voltage, the vibration is ok, was able to use it for around 4 hours without any problem, really nice for smaller hands. The buttons feel solid and there are just the necessary options so you don't get distracted. adding some grip tape really adds a nice grip as its a little bit slippery on its own.

Overall like the functionality and weight, feel and look at this tattoo pen the only thing I’m not a huge fan of is the button themselves are a little bit small. which when you’re wearing gloves can make it trickier to operate. if you have it set before you put your gloves on and if you have large fingers like myself, it can get tricky otherwise

Before you read my review, just understand that we are learning so we have never use this on actual skin. This gun seems to be a nice weight and very user-friendly. It seems very easy to charge as well as lasts quite a long time so you shouldn’t be disappointed. It’s easy to read. however the numbers have a slightly fuzzy appearance, but I think that’s just the way the screen is. It’s easy to adjust and seems to do well on the silicone practice pieces that we have used. It’s very easy to install and remove the cartridges with the needles which I like.

A little confusing to use compared to the pen I already have. It's large, my hands are small, so it was a little getting used to. Just learning and only using on practice skin, not real skin yet. The charge seems to last a long time. The controls are a little odd, but I got used to them. This vibrates a little more than my other one. Overall, seems very well made and high quality.

The media could not be loaded. Decent quality machine, runs great, easy to adjust depth and speed. The battery life is ok and it’s easy to recharge. It’s a good size, balanced.
