The 3M privacy screens were purchased to help with our HIPAA compliance. Knowing the 3M name we felt confident that it would suit our requirements.PROS: Definitely blocks being able to view from any angle except "straight on" (which is what we wanted. Price was right.CONS: Even though we ordered the size (actual measurement) of the monitors, they were NOT that exact size and as such we have a gap of about 1 inch on the top. However, that is okay since we are able to cover the area that needs to be covered. The tabs that are used to hold on the screen are HORRIBLE to position and look "junky". However, we were able to re-size and position to slot the screen in under the monitor edges so it was okay.Conclusion. For the money the product suited it's purpose.

I purchased this for my computer screen at work. I never knew it existed until I saw one on the computer monitor at the bank.It was always a concern that curious customers would be able to see the computer monitor from the "U-shaped" check out counter at work, especially when we would be working on private or confidential information. After installation, I stood from all angles of the check-out area to confirm what could be seen. It looks like a monitor that isn't even turned on when you stand at various angles. You can see the monitor when you stand directly in front of it, not from other angles.I LOVE this product!Installation is user friendly. There are two options if you want the sticky strips or tabs to slide the screen onto the monitor. I also went to the 3M website to confirm that I was ordering the correct product for my monitor by entering the monitor information. This product was worth the money!

I love the product but I will have to return the product as the measurement guidelines on the website is very much confusing. However, I will arranged for the correct measurement and exchange it again to the correct one. I waited for the product for a very long time and I am from overseas so getting the correct product size is crucial plus I paid for all the necessary custom fees etc. It is such a BIG hassle to return it and have it refunded. Overall, the product itself leaves up to my expectation. Hopefully, Amazon will revise the measurement guidelines on their website to make it easier for buyer like me...This is also my very first purchase so please make it easier for buyers Amazon!!!

This product came in on time & without a problem to report. The way this is sold you can buy just about a perfectly fitting screen for whatever size monitor you have. Be sure to get the right size. Comes with a few small braces that secure to your monitor with self adhesive tape. VERY EASY to install. The screen itself mostly sticks right to you computer monitor. So far is stopping all of the usual glare that appears on my screen when I have the window shades open. Much easier than having to adjust the monitor settings.

Arrived quickly. Somewhat over-packaged. Fits my screen perfectly. The adhesive strips used to hold the filter to my screen are blue, which obscures the edges of the screen a bit. Why couldn't they have made the strips clear???

Good filter for computer monitors in high traffic areas. Nothing visible from an angle (only directly behind). Sometimes the little self-adhesive tabs that come with it to keep the filter in place don't work well if the lip on the monitor is angled -- the filter will still slip. But if the lip is "square" it sits just fine.

I ordered this for work as I have two screens and needed at least one to be private. It fits right inside my monitor as it is the perfect diminsions. my only complaint is that it should sit on the outside. for the first few days it kept falling off when there was no static to keep it in place. I ended up using the tabs that came with it to keep it in place by shoving them in the side of the monitor. this has prevented the screen from falling off. other than that, it is an awesome screen!

The description is misleading. The person who is sitting next to me is looking at my screen from an angle more than 30 degree and still can see what is on my screen. Otherwise, it fits perfectly on my screen and I didn't even have to use the stickers. I also find this product very expensive. I am deployed so I had to buy online the filter, but filter of this quality can been found in a way cheaper price in a store in Europe and USA.

It fits but keeps popping up even with the little tabs so I stuck 4 little pieces of tape in the corners to keep it from doing this - well it does provide some blocking privacy but it has to be angled just the right way for it to block out the screen, if it is not at that perfect angle you can make out what is on the screen in a dulled view - for this price I was hoping it would be completely blocking the screen as I sit in a public area. And because the angle has to be just right, using this product I have to sit at a very awkward angle to ensure that the screen is at the most protected - it's okay but not great for the money - what else is new

Screen is made of poor quality plastic sheet, When I attached the screen to monitor screen, it peeled into two layers from corners and also from the top where you can reset screen by inserting your finger in cut edge next to its printed screen number.I am very disappointed of this purchase.

Perfect solution if you need privacy in an open office, the only downside being that people don't know I'm not looking at a blank screen!
