This stuff is down right awesome! 👏 The spices pare so well with the beef, and the the texture is like no other beef jerky it has a very nice chew and crumble that blends the spices and the beef as you eat it. I found this jerky through your YouTube short showing how you make it and I gotta say it was worth every penny!Thank you!! 😃

The flavor was not what I thought it would be. I didn't care for it. But the Dan O's seasoning line I do like.

I'm a big fan of danos but the jerky no eww taste is really good spicy but it's super dry like u have to drink something to swallow it n the price is lil to high for the amount you will get

The pieces are covered in a thick layer of seasoning making the product taste overly-salted and too pungent for my taste. The meat's texture is brittle and on the dry side. Overall flavor is profile is unpleasant due to the amount of exess seasoning on the product.

No sugar and low salt, highly seasoned in a dry rub. It is different, but I really enjoy the rub, flavor, and texture. Lack of sugar makes it dry and not sticky. No preservatives, it’s like what you might make at home if you had real skills. Very pricey at $73/lb. You will either love it & spend the money, or never buy it again. Like cilantro or truffles…no in between.

I was a little to dry for my taste

Let me first say that I Love Danos seasonings and use them on many if not most meals! Now that’s out of the way and Dan won’t hate me. I purchased 2 bags of Danos Chipotle beef jerky and it was pretty bad… the chipotle flavor was extremely overpowering, so much so that it was hard to tell there was actual beef underneath. The beef was over dehydrated in my opinion. After just a couple chews it was a ball of milly mush instead of the textured, slightly moist beef chunks I had anticipated. This product gets one star. The flavor is great. It hits that smokey note just right. Not too salty which is a big thing for me and the low hanging spice is perfect. Also, throwing a beef stick in there was more than a welcome gesture!
