Gives a Professional Look
These work well. I haven’t had the clips come off my shirt tails and the stirrups always work. The stirrups don’t, of course, help keep socks up so wear good quality socks for that. Your shirt will absolutely stay tucked and professional looking. I’ve used them for years. I highly recommend them.

Game changer
These things are a game changer. Seriously. You will not find a product that will help you look more out together and help you avoid the annoying shirt muffin that you will experience with a shirt tucked in. Your shirt will come untucked unless you have this product and with it your shirt stays glued down your pants. My military and police friends swear by the stirrup style and say that the ones that clip on to your socks are not any good. I would have to agree although I have not tried the clip on the stirrup style is decently comfortable. Deducting one star from these because they take a little getting used to (I am 6’4” and that may be why”) as in they are a little uncomfortable. My job is very active and I walk about 8 miles a day. On the first day wearing I had slight chafing and hair missing from my legs. I’m sure I’ll get used to them but this is worth noting. If they become to uncomfortable to wear I’ll will update my review to 1 star.

Shirt stays that work.
If you're looking at these, you probably already know what they're for.... but just in case - these things keep your shirt tail tucked in and keep you looking sharp all day long. If your shirt has a tendency to creep out of your waistband and blouse out, it can cause you to look heavier than you might be. Your rumpled, loose shirt can be a distraction if you're in front of people giving a presentation. And even if you don't care what others might think, sometimes it just feels good knowing you look your best. These shirt stays work. I wear them everyday. Of course they'll wear out from use over time. Get two sets and alternate. I prefer these stirrup style because I don't like having my socks pulled up by the other style of shirt stays. But if you want something to keep your shirt tucked in and your socks pulled up tight, then get the other ones.

Holds my shirts and bedsheets very well
They work great for holding my shirt down during my job which requires me to move around alot. Sometimes the straps would loosen and not hold down tight depending on the batch you get. I own 2 sets and the first one held up for a while but got loose so I use it as a bed sheet holder which is strong and amazing at holding down my bed sheets. Overall it does its job well but has room for improvement in comfortability around the thighs as it rubs against mines. I like how these hook under your feet which prevent it from snapping and hitting your junk, making for a painful moment.

Hold it down up front
These shirts stays have no problem holding down the front on your uniform shirt but do very little about the back. Those who wear a gun belt will find that as the tension from the the front pulls down your uniform shirt from the front it also pull the color up on your neck and the tail of your shirt out of your pants. If you are looking for a true 360⁰ uniform fit (I don't know who isn't) then you at least need the 4 straps for the 2 in the front and 2 in the back on both the left and right. 2 is not enough if you are active and wearing a gun belt. They are durable though and do hold the front down. Maybe good for a regular suit or business casual. Military and Police need the 4 straps. Firefighters don't need anything except a bib and blanket..so don't worry about them.

It works, it can be unconfortable if you use them a lot, but its not the products fault. Altough it could be bigger.
