Cheap plastic that can’t hold shape
This is junk. Cheap flimsy plastic that can’t hold the weight of someone laying onto it. Tried it with my 80lb. kid, and it collapsed under their weight, too. After two attempts, you can see where the plastic is going to snap (started to crack already). Not worth the bag it’s shipped in.

Very cheap plastic
I tried one of these at a friend's home and really liked it so I wanted to buy one for myself. I came across this one because the price was reasonable. But beware, it's cheap, bendable plastic. It does not stretch your back at all. I had to return it because it was nothing like the one I used.

Back pain relief
My husband was complaining about his back pain and asked me to buy this since he saw some videos about how good is this. At first I told him it looks painful. But the first time he used it, he was very happy, he felt the relief! He has been using it almost every night. I don’t have my own experience yet as I’m currently 8months pregnant. But I can’t wait to also use it once I gave birth and will update this review.

Does help stretch your back
Great price but plastic bends when you lay on it

Doesn’t work
Too flimsy to really do any resistance to help crack your back. Waste of money. I only got after seeing ones on Instagram that cracked peoples backs. No luck for me

I don’t think it’s a good product :(
I have a feeling if I purchase one a little more expensive I’d be more pleased. Is very flimsy and felt no relief.

Better be under 200 pounds!!!
I weigh less the 300 pounds and when I lay on it the thing flattens like a pancake. It doesn’t even try to hold me up. Plus it comes with no instructions so I had to come back to the sale page to double check that I was using it right. But I’m definitely using the way it’s intended and it 100% doesn’t hold me. Find a better stronger one that holds 500+ pounds if your in the 250+ club.

hard to get off of
be careful using this. it's a little hard to get off of after a few minutes. you have to kind of roll to one side because the muscles you're stretching in your back are needed to raise your upper torso to set up. Think of how you will get off of it before you get on it....... It does help so give it a try.
