This is delicious. Didn't think the roasted would make much of a difference but I think it does. It seems like a richer or fuller flavor. Its also a plus that its in a smaller container. When ive bought larger jars, i start to get skittish by the time its half gone and end up throwing it out because i worry its too old. This size is perfect and that theres 2 means theres comfort in knowing i use up a jar, im not completely out. Unfortunately, one jar was broken and leaking but since it was a double package, all was not lost. Definitely am glad I made this purchase

I have been looking all over trying to find this. Great for all cooking when the taste of roasted garlic is what you need.

Excellent product for those sensitive to fresh garlic

I love this brand of minced garlic. They offer roasted minced garlic as well as regular minced garlic. It is a delicious addition to many dishes.

What I live is that this is the only garlic my system can tolerate...roasted garlic.

This product is expensive. But I need my garlic preroasted. I tried the other brand on amazon. It wasn’t the same beloved taste. I won’t be tempted again. But I do wish it came in large more economical bottles.

Doesn't tasted garlicky. Almost like pickles.

For me, it is a great product - delicious in that it adds great flavor to the meal and simple, easy to use instead just one more food item I have to chop. Yes, call me lazy - I don't care, but if I can eliminate one thing out of 5 items, I'll take it. And, honestly, one reviewer complained it is packed in water. The company describes the minced garlic was roasted in garlic NOT what it is packed in! Really. And maybe that same reviewer or another complained of the taste. Uh, they tasted this raw - while I might take a bite of a piece of garlic in the past, I certainly wouldn't attempt to taste this raw out of the bottle.
