It definitely moves you out and it’s a bit tight. I got medium and small but I noticed that the connecting thong part is a bit long so I ended up cutting off the sides straps and adjusting the middle strap with a sewing machine after a couple of alterations it was perfect.

I didn’t like it I could not wear it the leg part was bulky you could see it through my clothes and it wasn’t comfortable at all

This product is made well with good materials. Runs 2 sizes small and the straps and hooks pinche inside the groin area.

I wish the “butt lifters” could come off because it just makes my butt look like squidwards nose, even in a pair of jeans it doesn’t help, just awkwardly flopped over the strap and it’s obvious

Nice fit and excellent tummy control. However, the leg straps rolls/folds over. And, the shoulder straps would probably work better for women with big boobs if you could crisscross it in the front.
