White, well not completely.
I purchased these for making Christmas stars. Every photograph in the description on Amazon shows a white bag, but the bags actually have a lot of text printed on one side in black ink. Not what I wanted, not what was described, but I guess they will have to do.The bags are lightweight and a little wonky, not perfectly square. I wouldn’t recommend them for using for event treat bags, what with the text and the wonky shape, but they are perfect for crafts and snacks.

I purchased these to make paper bag snowflakes. I would not recommend them for anyone who wants to put food in them, because they are very thin and flimsy.

Large black printing on every bag
Was honestly disappointed with these bags but used them anyways. Would not purchase these again. If you're using them for gift bags or for a craft project (as I did), be aware that there's large black printing on every bag. It's very noticeable because of the contrast against the white bag. I wish they showed this in their pictures.
