2-Rows CU2952 Radiator Compatible with Explorer Mountaineer 2007 2008 2009 2010 V6 V8 4.6L 4.0L

The radiator arrived to me quickly, unfortunately the box was beat up pretty badly and I was afraid the radiator was going to be damaged. Somehow it survived being thrown around and mishandled by the carrier.None of the radiator openings or ports were plugged or covered. During transit the Styrofoam packing was broken into many small pieces which found their way inside ALL of the radiator openings. This took quite the effort to recover all of the pieces of Styrofoam. My suggestion would be for them to cover the openings with plastic plugs to prevent this in the future.The fittings for transmission cooler lines on the new radiator were incompatible with my vehicles transmission lines. The only solution was to transfer over the fittings from the old radiator.The included hardware wasn't 100% compatible either. I was able to use 2 of the included spring nuts but had to again go back to my old radiator for the other 2 spring nuts. They sent 4 spring nuts that were all the same size, in my application there are 2 different size bolts.I will say the fitment of the replacement radiator was perfect. Everything lined up exactly where it should have. The replacement radiator appears to be of a good quality, only time will tell how this radiator holds up.

Shipped fast and packaged well. The only issue I had getting this is was that when you take the factory radiator out, the two pockets where it sits have about a 1/4” piece of rubber fitted into the pocket. You have to remove these otherwise this radiator will not sit flush on top. This was on a 2007 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L V6.
