I didn’t expect socks to make this much of a difference, but these merino wool ankle socks genuinely changed how my feet feel during long days. These are great socks! I bought them to wear with my ankle booties when in Italy. They wash/dry well and we’re the perfect weight for spring in Italy. They never got stinky even though I walked in them for 10+ miles a day and wore them at least twice before washing. Very happy with the quality and price point

I actually really like these sox. They are comfortable and absorb sweat. I usually wear marino wool but the price on these was a lot better. If they last as long as marino wool I will stick with these for sure.

Tale of Woe: My husband, a runner, was happy to try these so-called merino wool-blend white socks. He reported that they felt comfortable and soft. He wore them once, and put them in the wash. After ONE wash (washed with whites only), the socks turned yellow -- they now look dirty -- and they shrank and pilled. See the photo: the fresh-looking, white sock on the left is unworn; the sock on the right emerged from the laundry yellowed, pilled and worn out. Trust me: the washed sock also shrank, though it's hard to tell from the photo. They were not put in the dryer. There's no way these socks are a wool blend. Very poor quality. Unacceptable. Will be returned immediately. What a rip-off!
