after 15 years, the originals just started to crack. These fit perfectly and dare I say, better than the originals. Soft and comfortable. Careful of the other ones listed on Amazon, they are hard plastic.

Perfect replacement fit for my aging Herman Miller Aeron. Two screws out, replaced, two screws in... chair looks like new. I want to get the headrest extension at some point for an add-on. This is the best office chair I've ever owned (4yrs in now) and other than the original armrests wearing out (pleather-like material) chair is as solid as day one.

They are very comfortable and look great. Had to drill holes for screws to fit. Came out of package smelling awful had to wash them and soak in fabric cleaner.

Affordable, comfortable, and easy to install. I've had my Aeron Miller for over 20 years and one of the arm rests was cracking. I like the chair a lot and I figured it would be easy to find a decent after market solution. This worked perfectly.

1 year later the armrest split open at the parting line on the inside edge and now need to get another replacement.

After 5 years one is starting to peel apart but other one is still fine. I use (abuse) my chair quite a bit. and if they last this long I'm happy to replace them every 5 years for the price

These fit the Aeron perfectly, however the quality is not as good as the originals. First, the finish on the pads is shinier and slicker than the original, and the foam is significantly harder with very little give. Lastly there is excess plastic from the edge of the mold, which are not present on the OEM part. Considering that you can get the official replacements from Herman Miller for the same price on Amazon, I regret buying these and would recommend you stick with the official replacements considering the lack of quality combined with lack of any cost savings.

Although they look like a good replacement, these are not comparable to the original Herman Miller Aeron armrest pads. They have a much firmer texture, without nearly as much "give" when you lean on them. Also, they're not as rounded on the ends, so there's a feeling of a pronounced ridge at the front of the armrest. I removed them immediately and went back to my beat-up original armrest pads. Bummer.
