Q: Is this labeled gluten free? I rarely trust products that dont specifically mention it. High risk of cross contamination in most things.

It is not labeled as gluten free. However, I have been using it to make my own gluten few flour mix for several years as I am a celiac patient. I’ve not had any problems with it in my cooking.

If you see glutinous rice flour, it’s always from glutinous short rice ..

Q: Does this have sugar already in it?

No there is no sugar added, just plain glutinous rice flour.

Q: For coating pork do I use sweet or not sweet glutinous rice flour?

Depending on if you want to season the flour yourself or not but personally, I would use plain, not sweet.
