Digital Caliper,150mm/6inch LCD Digital Electronic Carbon Fiber Vernier Caliper Gauge Micrometer

I initially left a review that reported that the digital calibration was very far off, though the mechanical analog ruler was accurate. However, I just realized a few minutes ago that the button to reset the display to zero works at any place of measurement, and I likely hit that by mistake. For after moving it all the way to the beginning and resetting the display to zero, it now is accurate.Sorry for the initial bad review which I am hastily correcting. However, the marks on the analog ruler, which I checked calibration with, are rather hard to see.

Works great for my purposes. Unbeatable price. If you're a machinist and require exact accuracy, this might not be for you. Look at the specs. But if you need to know the difference between 3.1 mm and 3.2 mm, or 1". vs .98" it works perfectly. Translates to inches at the touch of a button. I've never needed to hit the zero calibration button. Made of heavy duty plastic, possibly carbon fiber.

A retired toolmaker, just needed something around the house to switch from decimal to metric. a Starrett by no means.

Eventually I want a higher quality metal calipers, but in the mean time this one's just fine. Don't expect accuracy out to 3 decimal places, but it's otherwise fine.

Im not an expert but this feels like a really nice unit. Very good price. Rezeros very easily. Very cool smooth digital. Auto off feature very nice!

I love it!! Makes it so easy to get an accurate measurement. I had one that is not digital and I could never read it correctly or know when I was "off" by a fraction of an inch or not. The results are easy to read and very accurate. I highly recommend. Great service and an excellent price.

I have needed a caliper for so long and finally ordered this one and it works exactly as advertised.
