Configuration was simple, VLANs work great, everything you would expect from this switch. I'm actually not using it with the Proliant server it was designed alongside.. Just using it as a regular switch behind my firewall. Bought it mostly for the form factor, and I've had great luck with HP gear in the past.Good switch, GREAT seller! I ordered from Core 4 Solutions through Amazon and the whole team there was incredibly friendly. HPe needs to do a much better job with their documentation. The switch was set for a STATIC IP (192.168.2.10/24), not DHCP as it states in the enclosed documentation. After installing my switch UNDER my Microserver, as it is intended, this made it extremely frustrating to access the interface. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Great switch for the price *by A***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 7, 2015* This has been a great switch and makes a nice small package when combined with my Proliant server. It has some of the more advanced features I was after like SNMP, VLANS and Port Trunking. It can be powered by PoE, but I wish it was PoE out. As such, I needed the power cord and it shipped with a big, bulky international cord and a flimsy adapter that sits on top of the prongs. It wiggled and sat loose in my UPS. You had to kind of wedge it in place to get it to stay.
