So, this stuff really does work for helping the body recover & my Pre-Diabetes. I’m a triathlete & eat super healthy, but diabetes runs in my family. I’ve been on this for a short time & see great results w/ my Garmin Fenix sleep stats, but I can only take this for 4-5 days before I have to cycle off, because it brings with it fatigue.. I’m usually off for 3-4 days & then start back up again.

I like it because I am able to get a low dose of ALA. I break out with a rash when I use the larger doses, but I want to take at least a small dose to help with my neuropathy.
