This was a great upgrade in our restaurant kitchen. I had another brand installed but the connections started leaking so I replaced it with this one. Right off the bat, you can tell the quality was very good, a lot heavier and durable. It's been in use for a few months and no leaks or loose connections. The spray gun has also performed well and has not gotten stuck or lost pressure. If you have basic handyman skills, you will have no problem installing this faucet, very easy install.

The faucet with sprayer arrived on time and neatly packed. The box even contained cloth gloves to wear during assembly to mitigate prints on the shiny surface. I did not use them, but it seemed very classy. All the parts were included, and there were spare gaskets. The installed faucet and sprayer function well, although the sprayer with fewer holes seems overpowered, more like a pressure washer than a sink sprayer, at least at my water pressure. The instructions were lacking. I attempted to install the faucet myself. I could not tell from the instructions or the very small diagram whether the end of brass nipple with the embedded gasket goes on the faucet or supply side. The instructions did not state whether and where to use telfon tape, so I used it on every thread. There was just enough tape for 4-5 wraps per thread. The instructions caution to be sure to include washers/gaskets in several steps, but there was already a washer or gasket in place. Given that they had supplied extra gaskets, I did not know whether I needed to add another gasket. I went with just the gasket that was already installed and did not add another one. That seems to be the correct choice. Unfortunately, I did not know not to wrap thread over the embedded gasket on the brass nipple. I ended up with a slow leak, so I had to disassemble the faucet connections, rewrap, and try again. After about 4 hours of working at researching and attempting to assemble the product, I still had a slow leak, so I called a plumber. The plumber provided me with information that, had I known it beforehand, would have saved me several hundred dollars. My install was close to correct. Instead of teflon tape, the plumber used a blue pipe thread sealant on the brass nipple. The plumber explained that the nipple side with the hex shape passage faces out so that an Allen wrench can turn it (and the side with the embedded basket goes into the faucet). There are no leaks now, but I feel like a chump for spending more on the plumber than the sink and faucet with sprayer combined. In short, the product is good, but the instructions need work.

I have been using this product in my hectic home kitchen for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say that it has made my day-to-day activities a great deal easier. At first, I was concerned about whether or not I would be able to install a commercial-grade faucet on my own. However, after doing some research, I made the decision to do the installation myself. When I finally managed to get the device installed on the wall, I was astonished by how sturdy and steady it felt. When it comes to cleaning dishes or filling big pots, I believe that the 8-inch center design, in conjunction with the pre-rinse sprayer, gives me the reach and flexibility that I need. When I initially saw it, one of the first things that caught my attention was how tall it is; its height of 25 inches is clearly noticeable in my kitchen. On the other side, I believe that this height is really a significant benefit since it enables me to handle bigger cookware without causing water to spill all over the countertop or the sink. In addition to that, the 9.6-inch add-on swing spout is an excellent feature that I can use whenever I need to move from the pre-rinse function to a continuous water flow in a short amount of time. It is especially helpful in situations when I am cleaning veggies in one minute and then need to fill a pot in the next second.

I installed this faucet slash sprayer on my brew room sink, works perfectly for cleaning fermenters and corny keg. No complaints on installation and use, I should have purchased this years ago.
