POOL BLASTER CX-1 Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner, Automatic Vacuum for Inground and Above Ground Pools, Intelligent Wall Climbing Vac w/Strong Suction, High Capacity and Smart Scheduler

Ok so when my Cx-1 arrived it seemed to work as advertised. After 2 days it developed a charging problem in 1 of the 2 batteries. I waited several days and the issue did not resolve itself.I called customer service and they got directly on the line. They told me to send the unit back and they would look at it. This would have left me without a unit for approximately 2 or more weeks after just paying $1500. I did not find this acceptable and asked to speak with a supervisor. I left several voicemails over several days.At this point I found a contact for the owner of the company and contacted him directly. He could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. We talked for probably 20+ minutes on the phone and he assured me that Water Tech stands behind every product 100%.A few days later I had another unit at no charge. It works better than the first one originally did and it far exceeds my expectations. I honestly feel that this will be the future for all pool vacuums.I would also like to mention that Poolzilla stood behind the sale and would have given me a full refund at anytime.If you need a pool vacuum the CX-1 is the only way to go.

I really like the lack of power cords to the a base and to the unit from a base (the way most pool cleaners work). The problem is that if you decide pay the very high cost for this convenience, you won’t get the battery life promised by the manufacturer. The battery doesn’t last a week, even if it’s set to only clean the pool floor. The battery has consistently lasted 5 days, which is 70% of what they advertise for battery life.

I recently received the new watertech completely wireless robot, and I am totally sold on this product. WOW. I was amazed at its ease of use. Totally wireless in pool with no electricity. Scrubs floor and walls. Totally simple user interface.I have already had a robotic cleaner, pressure side Polaris and hand held vacuums. It is by far the best pool cleaner I have seen / used in 20 years. You turn it on outside the pool and it rolls directly in and starts working. You can leave it in for a week for daily cleaning before recharging it. I love it!!

Had Pool Blaster hand held very happy Bought The Pool Blaster Robot worked poorly day one very poor cleaning ability now second season she just stopped working Please do yourself a favor purchase a dolphin or like corded unit 1/2 the price better operation and more then likely will last longer .

The CX-1 failed 3 times in 1 year and I had to send it in for repair.With shipping back and forth the repair usually takes 4 weeks.They refuse to replace the error-prone device I got.And worse, they even refuse to let me talk to a supervisor or ever return my calls.Nice idea, the CX-1 but in reality I do not recommend it.

I was hesitant to spend so much money but I am happy I did. I have a 20X40 inground Vinyl pool and my old vac hose has been sitting on my pool deck since I got this thing. Had it for about 2 months. I really did not want a pool cleaner with a hose attached to it that I would have to drag out every time my grandchildren came over to swim which is often. I am not the handy type but its really easy to clean.
