French Press Coffee Maker Cafetiere Thermo Double Wall Insulated Vacuum Stainless Steel Manual Brewer (White)

This the best coffee cafetière I've ever owned, it does keep coffee hot as promised. A good design and size, easy to operate and clean. It makes up to four cups/three mugs when full but also good for making just the one serving. Good robust quality, well worth the extra money.

This arrived within16hrs of ordering just in time for my morning coffee....so 10/10 for great delivery. I was excited to try so after giving it a quick wash through I made my usual Sunday cuppa and have to say.....wow! ergonomically comfortable and easy to pour/use, stylish and matches my kitchen perfectly and the best thing is it keeps the remaining coffee hot. I forgot and it was an hour later so although a little well 'brewed' by this point it was still piping. It holds a good two mug fulls and I couldn't be happier with it.....my old glass ones are ready for the charity shop. One bonus is the plunger. No nasty sharp bits on the filter/mesh when washing as there are no nasty sharp bits. The filter is encased and super easy to clean, with a spare provided. Great product and I'd highly recommend. .

Very nice quality and easy to use. Keeps hot drinks hot a long time. Easy to clean and nothing likely to clog up. It looks very nice and I’ve done coffee and Tea in mine. Easy to transport with great handle angle. Made of nice sort of something…. Stainless steel. Colour is very nice. It holds quite a few cups for me. It’s so easy to use that you can easily open it and fix another pot. The cleaning isn’t messy. Just easy and perfect.

Does a great job of keeping coffee warm. It is easy to clean and well designed. Some trivial design issues, that if fixed, would make it better. The spiral plate spins off under the pressure of water when cleaning. There is a button that must be pressed to allow the coffee to pour out. However it is near impossible to know if it is pressed already. If it is not pressed the coffee will leak out the top when poured and make a mess. If it is pressed, you can't see, and if left pressed will compromise how long it retains heat. The plunger gets stuck / very stiff sometimes. I'm not sure what causes this, too much coffee grinds or perhaps the spiral plate is not cleaned enough. It doesn't look premium, and the plastic parts I worry will not hold up to the test of time. Probably the funniest thing is everything is in German, including the instructions, but the box says made in China. Go figure. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again, worth the money with just a few minor annoyances. Too early to tell how it will hold up after many uses, but so far so good.

Had this a month or so now and I'm impressed. Great build quality, solid feel to it and such a clever, good looking design. Good size and insulated metal jug that keeps that xtra cup or two warm for ages and extends that well earned coffee break. I have used fine grind coffee from my moka stove top in it and yes the plunger is harder to push down but it still works fine. Better to use coarser grinds or French Press specific if you are worried about that issue, but that is the only one I found so far. The plunger and strainer are so well made, with heat retention and ease of use, ease to clean and good looks obvious. For example the click down lid will not click into place in any other way than the right way to support the button release which opens the spout to enable you to pour your hot coffee, drip free. It's not a totally sealed top though, and if you do knock it over it will leak from the button release area. That said I'm still of the opinion that this is the best 'quick fix' coffee item I have brought in a long while on my coffee habit journey👍

This arrived yesterday. We are very pleased with it. I agree with all the positive comments in reviews. To explain a couple of the negative points, the button that seals the pot is the key thing. Look at the underside of the lid and push the button. A cover moves on to or away from the hole to the spout. The button must be down (= open) to lower the plunger so that pressure can be released. It becomes clear which way the button works, though it would be good to have a reminder text embossed near the button. Great piece of kit and useful for travel, though it is possible to cause a small leak if shaken so keep it upright and perhaps in a plastic bag

Excellent build quality and fit for purpose in terms of sealing and retaining heat. However it is incredibly difficult to push down the plunger/filter head. the area for the water to filter through is quite small, and the gauze is very fine. The ground coffee quickly clogs this up making it difficult to press down. I'm talking leaning on it with far more force than would be expected for a cafetière!

This is an excellent cafetière. It’s easy to use with really helpful features such as the press releases ab=nd button which turns the pot into a very effective thermos flask.. its easy to clean and looks cool.the coffee tastes great too
