The photos show the alignment of the rotor’s burr, but I assure you the collar burr looked the same; just can’t find my photo taken a few months back. Anyways, I’ve had the chance to go through roughly ~10 lbs of coffee through this setup, and have found the body is not as thick as factory burrs, but a bit more pleasant for me. If you’re into lighter roast coffee like washed Ethiopians, this is the burr for you. I really enjoy this setup for my daily routine. Now, milk drinks are still pretty good, but may lack the body some may sought after. To me, for espresso drinks, I find this burr set really shines for espresso on ice, and espresso and tonic.
