A great product backed by a phenomenal company
Ill split my review into two parts, one discussing my uses with the Geyser system itself and the second based on my interactions with company itself.PART ONE: Let me start off by saying that I am entirely satisfied with my purchase. I had been searching high and low for a shower system for my Jeep TJ, and if you are familiar with those vehicles, they are not exactly large. I can only carry so much water with me and to waste so much with past shower systems left me stuck between a rock and a hard place. Well the Geyser solved all of my issues. Not only is it ultra portable, but absolutely sips water. To be out in the middle of nowhere and not have to worry about water consumption AND to get a hot, clean shower before bed is a GAMECHANGER. It works perfectly off of my Anker Solix C1000. The build quality is SOLID too, I can see this lasting for years and years, and if anything goes wrong, I know its backed by a real company with real people with real integrity. Speaking of which...PART TWO: When I had received my Geyser system I used it at home for a couple of nights to get used to the system and to make sure I knew the ins and outs of how to operate it. I did notice that when I used the system it seemed to have a very slight high center with the bottom rubber seal. This would cause the Geyser to every-so-slightly rock a little bit when the pump was in use. Now, this was something that I can live with and I'm sure other "amazon businesses" would just flat out deny the warranty claim, if there was anyone there to contact in the first place. Not Geyser, the representative that I was quickly connected with at Geyser, Ian, was absolutely first class. After sending over some phots and a video of the rocking I was sent a shipping label and sent it off later that week. After getting it back, its just perfect. No more rocking and I am confident I wont have any more issues with the system. Conclusion: I am absolutely impressed with Geysers customer support and its products. These guys are the real deal, its the kind of product and service you would expect from an American company who makes their products right in Colorado. The Geyser itself is fantastic and I never have to go to bed dirty again! It is expensive, but a long lasting and quality product with customer support like this is worth the cash all day.

Works great, it's a keeper
Have used it a couple of times and it works well. Even though it heats on its own, we boil extra water when making the morning coffee and store it in a separate thermos. We use that water when it's time to use the shower and makes the heating up process, if needed, way faster. Definitely get a couple of different sponges and make your life much easier. Always feel very clean after using it, all while using very little water, which is key especially while dry camping.

Perfect for Car Camping: Simple and Functional
This portable camping shower was perfect for our car camping trip! The pump provided a steady stream of water, and the included sponge was surprisingly effective for scrubbing away dirt and grime. It's simple to set up and use. For the price, it's a great value and a convenient way to stay clean at the campsite.

Good camp shower
Works well, especially for a camp shower. Goes through water pretty quickly but you have enough time to get cleaned up. I haven't tried the heater function yet but works well enough without to be honest. Also convenient how easy it is to replace scrub pads. Have seen a common issue with leaking at the hose but mine did not.

Great Design and Construction!
My only regret is not knowing about Geyser earlier! I LOVE this gadget! It is constructed very beefy! No cheap crap here! I built a removable mount for it in my van. Saves soooo much space, as I off grid camp often and hate having to store massive amounts of water. It does take a while to heat up with the electrical heater option though, but no different than advertised. I click the heat switch, get a bite to eat, and come back to a hot shower. And I use less than a gallon of water for a complete shower. Awesome! As a matter of fact, I fill it slightly less than the max level (in order to heat quicker), and still have left over water when done showering. That includes turning up the flow volume at the end for a good rinse. I may use my small 12v tea pot in the future, to assist in speed of heating when a quick shower is needed. My tea pot boils a quart of water in mere minutes. That could give the Geyser a head start. NOTE: if you use this 2 stage option, add your cold water to the Geyser first, then the smaller portion of boiling water to the mix.Only real negative is that additional scrubs are a bit expensive. I wish it came with three to begin with, rather than only one.

Made scalding hot water
Man I wanted to like this thing. Perhaps I got a lemon, based on the other reviews that may be the case. First time I used it I plugged it in, filled it, and turned it on to heat. After some time went by I was ready to take my shower. The LED said it was still heating and under temp. I felt the case and seemed warm so I figured I’d give it a shot, can’t be too bad. Boy was I wrong. The water that came out of the sponge was scalding hot and made be dance around the back of my van like I was on fire. Ok, well I’m pretty dedicated at this point, standing in the back of my van naked, soaped up, and standing in a dog tub. The show must go on. Unscrewed the lid and poured about half the water out to dilute it with colder water. The water that came out had to be close to the 200 degree mark, it was steaming. Put the lid back on and gave it a feel, still pretty hot but tolerable. So continued on with my shower and everything was working better until I closed the valve on the hose. Pump kept on pumping until the hose popped of the valve and I had a little hose squirting water all over my van. Well damn. Now all the water is gone. Finished my shower with a couple water bottles and here we are. Disappointed and sitting in a soggy van. Most likely the unit had a faulty thermostat, which allowed the heating element to stay on, and the hot water took out the pressure switch for the pump.

Geyser portable shower (non heated)
Perfect for off grid use! High quality and extremely durable. Works exactly as described and super easy to use. Get this if you have limited water carry capacity, it’s worth the price.
