Very Downy. Good As Base Layer.
Used these to make angel wings for a friend's costume for a party. Turned out great but we ran out of feathers after a dusting of feathers. Had to get more from Michel's Crafts Store. It all worked out. Since these are more downy, they made a nice undercoat that made it look and feel more natural.
