Glad was only the remote. Happy to be able to adjust the bed again.

The remote will not work with a 6 Pin bed. They tell you it will, but it does not. They have a phone number which says please call us which they refused to answer the phone. They only want to text with you. When you asked to just return it, they talk down to you like you’re an idiot and don’t know how to work the remote, and that you can’t comprehend the directions. Then they make you pay to ship the item back in which cost $21 to return their remote that they falsely claimed would work I would avoid this company at all cost.

I took a chance that it would work with my bed and it came in time before the hurricane.

Easily paired with the third option listed. My reset button was in a different location on the control box and unlabeled. I wish the price wasn't so steep, one star off for that.

Where this product unfortunately did not work for my bed. The seller was prompt and quick on every response that I sent to them. My only wish is that it would’ve worked. I’m giving five stars because this company is a company to stand behind.

I bought the remote because the bed manufacturer went out of business! I am protecting myself from it being lost or broken. If my original one dies now I have a backup! The bed does not work without a remote!

Working well a year into purchase. Would buy again.
