This product works really well. It has the benefits of a product like Biofreeze but has more of a warming than a cooling effect. I use it on my sore shoulder and then put a heating pad on it, and it definitely helps with the pain.

I find the oil to be helpful for therapeutic massage, deep tissue and neuromuscular. However, it you want a very warm, hot oil keep looking. CryDerm Heat is Red Hot!

My clients didn’t really feel a warming effect so not sure how well it works. I do a lot of deep tissue and haven’t noticed a big difference in being able to go deeper while using this product

My orthopaedic told me to get a good massage oil to help with a rolled ankle. When my ankle is screaming during the night I rub this on it and in 20 minutes or l ess I can fall back to sleep. This is not a good massage cream....it is a great massage cream. I picked well. Have passed some on to another who has same results.

This is a MENTHOL rub that has a cooling affect. It should not be advertised as warming. It stained my fabrics and was not effective with pain relief.

I bought this product after my massage therapist used it on my back during a massage. This is made by the same company that makes Bio-Freeeze (which I totally love) a. This product is meant to penetrate the muscles and warm them up - warm them - not heat them. The product says heat, but I haven't found it to really be that "hot". The company says that Bio-Freeze is meant to be a more topical anesthetic for muscle pain while this one is meant for deeper penetration into the muscles. My experience is that product does "okay" for penetration and offering some warmth, while lasting for about the same amount of time as Bio-Freeze. I have back problems (even had surgery) and my back muscles are sore frequently. I was looking for a little more heat from this product to offer some relief to my sore muscles during the times I have my wife rub out my lower back. For me, this product gives some minor relief but could do a little better. It's just okay.
