Bought this , 'Small Dehumidifier', actually, for my Dad's Pantry area. Stated His "salt was clumping together in the storage area (even in the box). His house is over 100 years old and drafty . I was skeptical that this "Small Dehumidifier" would meet his expectations . This Small Dehumidifier is working out great! The "Small Dehumidifier" IS collecting some moisture, as needed! He loves it! The salt is Dry and ready for his meals . We are very happy with the "Small Dehumidifier!! It will work in any small/Medium area, not just the bedroom. It is very Quiet and very easy to operate. Small and discrete.

Easy to fill, doesn't take a lot of water for humidifying but that's ok because it's better to use fresh water each day. The humidifier is good enough for a small room. I don't think it's enough for a kitchen or living room area. The dehumidifier function works well but I wish it were stronger, especially for the humidity we get in New England. It's Very quiet, sometimes I forget that it's on. I wish that the function that turns off the different colored lights would do just that and not also shut off the light that gives the temperature reading too. The instruction manual is the most confusing thing I have ever tried to read. It doesn't make any sense at all so I don't know all the functions or understand what they do. It was obviously translated by someone who doesn't know English very well. What I like most is that it's clean running so it doesn't produce gross particles like the old fashioned cheap steam humidifiers do. For the price and the function of having both humidifier and dehumidifier it was worth the purchase.

I'm so happy I bought this. I live in an apartment with a tiny bathroom and no ventilation. Keeping the window open to let out shower steam is not an option year-round when it gets cold or rainy (plus there are too many pigeons directly outside the window). This humidifier has kept the bathroom from staying moist 24/7 and growing mold. In addition to this humidifier, I'll frequently squeegee the shower after using it to help reduce moisture, but even without squeegeeing this humidifier does a terrific job. It's very easy to empty as well. The noise level is not bad, I'd love if it was completely silent but I don't think any machine can do that. I'm also happy it's an air purifier since I live in a big city. 10/10 recommend. (Heads up, this is NOT cordless so make sure you have an outlet somewhere wherever you intend to use it).

I was SO excited to see a device that combined a humidifier and a dehumidifier into one, with the potential to automatically switch between the two modes using a sensor. With air purification too. I live in a place that swings between swampy humid summers and bone-dry winters. It would be so nice to have one device that takes care of both things. But this thing just didn't work right. And its small size made it a pain to keep running. I only had this device at a time when I needed humidification. The sensor being built into the device itself was a huge problem. Rather than measuring the humidity of the room overall, the device measured the very humid air coming out of itself, and would quickly shut itself off. The humidity in the room never came close to my setting. And because the tank is so small, if I put it into continuous humidifier mode, it would run itself out in about 8 hours, requiring multiple refills every day. The tank in this thing is a pain to pull out too. In only about a week of use, the mist began to have intermittently problems, and then totally stopped working. It was a fail and I decided to return the product and just get a humidifier.

We moved into a new apartment on the first floor. It held moisture, so we needed a way to dehumidify. We run the dehumidify setting right after anyone showers and it works like a charm. The cool thing about this product is that it also has a humidifier option. We have two kids and it will come in handy during the cold and flu season. Lastly, the dehumidifier runs quietly and doesn't put off too much light. The color rotates, making for a peaceful ambiance at night.

I only had this product for two weeks before returning. It worked great at first, but after a few uses the humidity would not go below 45. The humidity was also a few numbers off than the other hygrometer I have. After a week, I noticed the machine getting hot after being plugged in for more than an hour. It was not a burn to the touch sort of hot, but I did not feel comfortable leaving it plugged in over night. I did like the feature that switches it from humidifier to dehumidifier, but I did not notice much of a difference after the first three nights. Perhaps it was just a defective model? Personally, I would not recommend for the price they're charging.

This product is very easy to use. I currently live in a garage that has been remodeled into a bedroom, but obviously lacks the same circulation as the house due to it being a garage. I used to live in Germany and very very much value fresh air and absolutely no stuffiness being in the air. Everyone here knows the weird funks that can come from a garage, so I was tremendously worried about that. Honestly, it worked so well that I started to wake up with a dry throat and had to turn it off this winter. Best believe she'll be working overtime the second it gets hot though. This will come more in handy in the summer, but since living in this room it really has pulled a lot of water out of the air and I'm sure has purified a bit with its small air filter. It is very easy to pour out and I have had no issues with spilling the water, or it not turning off in time and overflowing. I will also note the noise is not a disturbance and is just a hum. I recommend!
