Easy to use and effective

I ordered what I thought were two different brands of these type of scar healing tapes but when they turned up they were both the same (ELAIMEI) just different sizes. I got these for my daughter’s to use, as she has quite a few scars, some newer than others.You basically cut this to size and then work on an ever increasing wear-time regime.1 Day - 4hrs3 Days - 8hrs5 Days – 12hrs7 Days – 14hrs8 Days - 16hrs9 Days – 18hrs10 Days - 20hrs11 Days - 22hrs12 Days - 24hrs13 Days Onwards - 24hrsWe took this to mean after two weeks you were wearing then 24hrs/day.My daughter had started to see some improvement after the first week but then the weather turned hot and they started falling off. That coupled with her netball and other activities, where she would sweat, resulted in her stopping using them due to the falling off issue. This is a shame as she really does need something to help with the scaring. She did say she was going to have another go when the weather turns cooler but that will not help when she does any sporting activities. It may be that we need to add some normal plaster strips over the top to keep then on, on those particular days. Not ideal, particularly if you are allergic to normal plasters.I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. Thanks for reading.

I've tried scar removal sheets and tape before and they do help, so I was excited to try the advanced version in the hope that it finishes off the process.This isn't a sheet, it comes on a roll, as shown in the product page photograph and is transparent. With it being transparent, it is almost invisible in use, which I think is much better than the skin coloured version, which is too dark for my skin tone. I have a scar down the inside of my arm from the elbow to the wrist and with it being the inside of my arm my skin is very pale there and it doesn't tan. I've only been using the skin tone scar removal tape and sheets when I've been staying at home and using scar removal cream on work days but now I can use the tape all the time as you can only see this if you are close up.The tape is easy to cut and apply and it is very sticky, so it stays put for a while so you can set it and forget it. My scar has faded quite a lot so far and hopefully it will fade enough that I won't be asked what happened anymore.

I’ve used these for a while and they are great for post surgery scars after you get your stitches removed. You can wash them but I have no sanitary places to store them so I don’t. I wear for 10-12 hours a day and let it breath. Also a temporary fix for 11 lines and minimising the appearance of labial folds if you wear for 2-3 nights before an event.

I bought this product because I was having breast reconstruction. The tape was useless for my scars. Wouldn't stick, very uncomfortable to wear, wouldn't recommend it for this type of scar at all

To be honest, this is not a good method to heal your scars or wounds. It might be working in wet lab in perfect conditions but unfortunately this adhesive strips are not ready for daily activities and less in summer when you when sweaty.Feeling is good, I'm not gonna lie but other thing that doesn't convince me is that you have to wear it using incremental times. What happen if you go to gym and you have to change it because it falls off, after a shower a new one, etc. I don't find them useful for me.This tiny roll is thought for tiny wounds anyway.

Really good silicone patches. They stay stuck to the area well. They do a good job. Depending on your scar it'll take a few times. I have used many packets and each time they get lighter and lighter. So much better before I started using the sheets.

The scar tape is very easy to apply and just cut in desire piece.Its very sticky, and stays for long time with feeling on body. I had scar on my arm and it’s faded very well.I feel it’s perfect to hide and fade your scar.Well I would recommend this tape definitely which is very transparent.
