A very interesting book

Written by an excellent designer in the fashion industry, the author has delved deep under the surface of "appearances". Utilizing her own experiences and credible research, she covers the traits of loving yourself more than anything else. At first i was irked because i was hoping for the core objective of *how* to (or want to) love yourself bit i realized her how, was a how not covered in most loving yourself books -the basics of self care that bring awareness and encouraged applications with8n and towards the objective of taking care, resoecting, and loving yourself. A noble effort on the part of the author to contribute to the goal of a happier self and life for all. Thank you.

basic and useful, but nothing new, easy reading.

Helped me so much. I would definitely recommend if you are struggling a bit.

Thin book with information that everybody already knows. There is nothing in here that provides insight or that is enlightening.
