It does it’s job at dispelling all my body aches and pains. If I have an acute injury or overworked a muscle the recovery is only 1-3 days. I don’t mind the bitter taste cause I’m used to taking bitter tonics. No one has mentioned the wild, vivid dreams - intense as well…like you feel the emotions as in real life. I wake up feeling like I was in another dimension living an entire different existence. Nothing weird or spooky. I find them interesting. I’m a dreamer anyway without taking msm so when I’m on it, it magnifies my dreams to the 10th power lol.I do have to cut my nails more often, haven’t noticed much difference with my hair as I haven’t been paying much attention.Lastly, I had to get a thyroid scan for some other reasons and it was revealed that I had thyroid nodules. And my thyroid levels were high. I wondered if it was the msm causing it? I stopped for couple months. Thinking that what I’ll do anyway.

Good quality and well packaged. It's too soon to tell what it'll do, but the finger nails are needing to be cut again, in two weeks' time. That's a good sign.

This really works, unlike other MSM supplements I have tried. I believe it is because it is the OPTI type, made in the USA. I won't be without this product again,,, amazing results with back pain. However, it tastes horrid, and I take so many pills I am reluctant to take more. Had an interesting discovery by accident while experimenting with things to obscure the bitterness... the MIO water enhancer in the Sweet Tea flavor totally took out the awful taste. Not crazy about the MIO ingredients, but that flavor worked for me. BTW, also tried the Grape which did not work nearly as well.

really good product. Dissolves completely and quickly. The taste is strong but I drink it mixed in 16oz of water and a berry drink packet like Crystal Light cherry flavored drink mix and its fine.

I did ample research on MSM prior to buying this particular brand. As far as I can tell, it is of good quality and is as described. Once I began taking a 1/2 tsp in the morning with juice, I got fairly severe stomach cramping and diarrhea. I backed down to a 1/4 tsp with coffee or water with honey and it was well tolerated. After 3-4 days of a 1/4 tsp, I ramped up my dosage over several days to a full tsp, as most experienced users suggest. My first full tsp caused similar symptoms as when I initially began taking MSM. I stuck with it and am tolerant of the full tsp once a day. I now take it with distilled water, manuka honey, and freshly squeezed lemon juice of half of a lemon. I have noticed, what seems to be more supple skin since taking MSM.I have tinnitus which seems to have worsened however since beginning this product. That however does not seem to be a side effect listed anywhere on the internet. So that could be a coincidence. I created a toner, nasal spray, and eye drop solution with this MSM as well to see if the benefits noted throughout the internet could be gained through various applications. The eye drops stung like a son of a gun but did seem to provide some clarity. I used the nasal spray to combat allergies but it seemed to gum up my sinuses more that normal. We are in prime pollen season right now so this could also be a coincidence. The facial toner showed effective. My skin felt more supple but also felt more oily and I did get some acne. I was also hoping that MSM would benefit my achy body. My joints and muscles are in fairly constant pain as a result of abuse from sports and other strenuous activities over the course of my life. I'm 52 and after three weeks of being on this MSM supplement, I have not seen any noticeable improvement in muscle tension or joint pain relief.All solutions were made with distilled water or isotonic solution and a few drops of colloidal silver for purification.

This has been helping my arthritis. I mix it in with my liquid vitamins to help hide the taste. Eventually I got used to it.

I really liked the MSM. I just had a total knee replacement. I use everyday and can feel the difference in my knee. Its really helping me.Thanks👌
