My teen has a couple pars defects, and this brace helps stabilize his spine, and decrease his pain throughout the school day.

It serves its purpose and is snug and comfortable when wearing it.

Really helped my husband when he had back issues. He found it as comfortable as a back brace can be and noted it did rub on his sides. It was high quality and did adjust easily though!

I am not one to write reviews but for this I must! My son has been having back pains for nine months at time of this review ten months. He was recently diagnosed with Pars defect and was aent home with no hope of being without pain. He is active, goes to the gym five times a week, and since the pain has not been able to go. Finally chose this brace because his diagnosis waa listed in its uses. I can't begin to explain the relief he got on the first night of wearing the brace. He was able to get a full night rest and upon waking was with no pain. Using the brace has made a huge difference both physically and mentally and now not using NSAID aa often. Thank you for giving my son some normalcy back! Waiting for PT!
