I make it drip style with the Clever Little Dripper from Amazon. You insert the paper liner, add the coffee, pour in water just off the boil, let it set 4 minutes and set it on a cup and it drips the best coffee I have had through the nearly 60 years of drinking every kind and type of coffee available. Best part for me is that the chicory seems to cut enough of the caffeine that I no longer get heart burn from it. Each can lasts me 20 to 21 days so I like to buy in the three or six can pack. **Q: I've been enjoying the taste of this coffee for years. The first can from the last shipment is extremely light. Is the there a reason why?** A: I have noticed from time to time a different taste. We buy Cafe Du Monde by the case and yes sometimes there is a difference and not a good one.
