Hair Gloss Toner & Color Depositing Mask | Light Sand Semi-Permanent | Vegan + Cruelty Free | A La Plage

This did a better job covering my gray than any other semi-permanent hair color, mask or gloss. My next best favorite is DP Hue, but IGK mask in Brown Bella matches my natural hair color and is very natural looking. With DP Hue, dark brown is too blue and medium brown is too golden. I add a dash of baking soda to the mask, then apply to dry hair, and put on a foil lined heat trapping cap to make the color penetrate my gray hair better. Then I shampoo, rinse with water and a touch of vinegar, then condition. It still takes more than one application to make my white roots dark brown, but it eventually does completely cover my nearly 100% gray areas. I like that I can just apply to certain spots, and that it doesn't have peroxide or ammonia. My hair is super-soft and bouncy after I use it. Edit to add: The IGK just didn't last long enough. I like the color brown, but wish it was a bit warmer. DP Hue's medium is too warm and their dark brown is too blue. Larely I mix DP Hue medium brown and IGK Brown Bella in my palm and apply with my gloved fingers to my dry roots. Thenn I put on a iinsulated shower cap for 30 minutes. Then I shampoo with Plantur Browns shampoo. I no longer add bakiing soda. I do that every 10 days or every 3rd to 4th shampoo and it works well for me. My hair is very healthy. Some gray is visible, but I am 100% gray in some areas and I am a senior, so I don't mind some gray, I just can't deal with my naturally white hair.

I love this hair depositing mask!!! I added mine with a ton of conditioner but it still served so much color!! A little goes a long way!! I LOVE this shade of copper, I was nervous at first thats why I added ao much conditioner but I ended up really like how it turned out. I had black hair, did color oops treatment waited for a few days did a bleach bath and got to a light dull copper blonde color then added this mask and it did absolutely amazing with covering and saving the day from not so even hair..

i really love this product. I got a perm and I really didn’t like it. My hairdresser really messed up my hair. My hair was so dry and I didn’t know what to do. I needed to color my hair, but I didn’t want to use hair dye or a box dye. So I found this product on Amazon and thought I’d give it a try. I love this hair mask. It made my hair feel so good. And you only have to put it on your head for like 10 to 15 minutes and I’ve already washed my hair twice and the color is so bright. Everybody loves my hair and has no idea it’s only a hair mask that it’s not hair dye. try to take a decent picture of the color but this picture does the color no justice. The color is so bright and shiny and beautiful. My hair was so damaged and dull after getting that perm. I didn’t know what else to do so I decided to use this hair mask and straighten my hair again and I’m so glad I bought this product. Will be buying again in another color too. I think I want to try the copper next time

Color: Brown Bella I absolutely love this color. I have been highlighting my hair at the salon for ages, and I just felt like I needed a break (my hair did too). The after pic is actually a little darker than the photo, but it made my hair so soft and shiny that it is hard to get a good photo to show the darkness. Such a beautiful color for someone who is a Cool summer tone like me. I’m not sure I’ll ever go back to the salon!

My hair feels really soft and nice to the touch after using this mask. It’s easy to comb and looks healthy. But I expected more from the color — it’s barely noticeable, and the coloring effect is very weak. The color doesn’t refresh my hair as promised, and even after several uses, there’s hardly any difference. So I’m giving it 3 stars: the mask nourishes and softens hair well, but it doesn’t do much for the color.

First picture is right after 1st application and the second picture after 2nd wash. My hair was originally colored a light brown copper with small lighter pieces in the front. I wanted to refresh the color without having to dye it again as it hasn’t been more than 4 weeks, so I decided for this mask. Pros: - Smells AMAZING! Not fruity, not floral, just like a nice sophisticated grown-up perfume - Easy to apply: I washed my hair, towel dried, applied in three sections and left for 20 minutes. - Great color payoff: I guess it depends on your starting color base, but you could definitely notice it in my hair. It was also noticeable after the 2nd wash although less of course. Also it is a great shade of copper, not too orange, not too red. Cons: price! It is a small bottle and my hair is long. This bottle will last me for about three applications if I wanted to apply every two washes. If I were to apply every with every wash it will only last me two. I would either prolong in between washes or find a cheaper alternative 😪 Overall I think it’s a good color depositing mask, I just wished it was more affordable!

I haven't colored my hair in 3 years and am naturally strawberry blonde, bought this after reading the reviews and not disappointed! Left in for a 5 minute test and change was subtle but definitely noticeable. Left on for 15 minutes and looks like I went for a full salon colour! Will definitely be repurchasing! Hoping it fades evenly. Before and after attached

Well worth it. Makes the yellow tone a cooler grey tone and leaves hair soft.
