Tasty medium salsa
A tasty salsa. I'd rate it as "medium spicy". The peach is not overwhelming but adds significant sweet flavor. Yes, it's a bit pricy but in this case I think you get what you pay for. Recommended.

Afraid to use lid wasn’t sealed
The jar appears to have. Even dropped or damaged before going in the Box lid was loose and evidence of leaking in box

The chunks were too big.
Hard to handle on a chip. Also very tart. Put thru food processor with a little honey to sweeten. Ate with crackers and cream cheese.
