This product is amazing, I've done a research and I was impressed how clean and Organic it is. This is really free of any heavy metals and so good for the body. Thank you for the Great supplement!

I started with one pill daily, then felt a little more energy for a short time. After a few days I went to two pills daily. Then I got up to 5 pills daily (recommended max is 6 daily) and it ended up to be too much. Now I take three pills after breakfast and I feel a pleasant additional energy. Chores are easier to do. I'm on my second bottle. Good energy, I can see how to organize things and do it more quickly.

My Spanish teacher told our whole class to take Blue Green Algae, so I thought I'd try it. He said it would help us to learn and retain the lessons. Being 65 years old, I was skeptical but had nothing to lose and bought this off Amazon. All I can say is that it works for me! I take 2 caps in the morning and it helps me remember and it helps me to find the elusive words that I sometimes forget. You know..... the "I've got it on the tip of my tongue" moments. I find myself remembering things that I had forgotten years ago... If I forget to take it, then I feel more "foggy-brain". It really makes difference. I believe it's due to the Chlorophyl in it and being able to pass through the blood brain barrier. That's a good thing! I also checked the company (America Health) online and found it to be a safe reputable company. After doing some research, and comparing other products, I found this price to be very reasonable. I hope it works as well for you.

I initially discovered this "superfood" supplement after reading the book "You are what you eat" and the author was very enthusiastic to point out its many health benefits that I became curious to try this one out. So far, I didn't experience any drastic feeling to race to the restroom after taking it because of its purported "detoxifying" effect. What I did notice somehow is that my allergy symptoms began to lessen like having minimal or no sneezing spells especially in the first waking hour of the day unlike before when my symptoms would heighten before taking my anti-allergy medicine after breakfast. I also noticed that I tend to become a little more alert during the day without having the tendency to take an afternoon nap and my mental stamina overall improved a lot I should say. This is a good supplement to take along w/ your usual fish oil supplement in order to maximize your daily allowance of omega 3 fatty acids. I've read also that on its own, this supplement is also rich in the B-vitamins group, complete amino acid group and zinc. So you health buffs out there, I suggest you research a little bit about this supplement so that you'll be more convinced in taking it in your everyday regimen.

I have been using BGA for years. If you are trying to figure out what is in it as to try to determine how or why it should work, you are wasting your time. It just works. I have used this brand before and will continue to. I usually take 5 in the morning. Or if I am going out and will drink I take 5 more before I leave which I will explain later. If your digestive tract is up to par then your intestines will absorb it, if not, well then it does not. So a cleanse before you use this stuff is in order. I find I have more energy and think clearer, and I can play guitar better, and that is one reason why I take it. My automatic hand muscle-brain playing is in gear when I take this stuff. Scares me that I need it as I wonder why, by it does work for me. What I could once again play what I learned decades ago. Without it I get somewhat clumsy in my playing and it does not flow. I also stumbled upon the fact that for me, it reduces the effect of alcohol so if I think I might be drinking I down 5 of them before I go out. It also keeps me more awake. I love the natural smell of BGA and this product does not add any weird fishy smells that I found in one other high rated brand. All of this stuff comes from a very small group of harvesters/wholesalers so for me the main differences are what the capsule is made of and the cost.
