Perfect kit to strengthen a young arm
I purchased this kit for my 14 year old baseball playing son. He wants to start pitching, so he needed a kit that would strengthen his shoulder, elbow and forearm. This kit has it all. It comes with multi bands and straps to use for your arms and legs. It also comes with a couple of handles for strengthening your shoulders. There is a grip exerciser to strengthen your forearms along with a finger band to strengthen your hand muscles and finger tendons. This is truly a complete kit. Product is made from quality materials and workmanship. Perfect for my son and his goals in baseball.

After reading the reviews I decided to try this kit ...
After reading the reviews I decided to try this kit vs the other arm bands available because it offered the wrist bands as well as the grips. It's a quality product, but the bands are too weak for my teenage son. The bands only 7-10lb, so I would say it may work for an elderly person or some rehabbing a shoulder. I wound up buying additional bands and just using the handles from this kit.

ArmCare2Go Home Run
I am a High School Baseball coach and I have used ArmCare2go as my bands for the last 3 season.I met the ArmCare2Go guys a couple of years ago and was very impressed with their product. They are in the business for the right reasons and it shows with their product. Very durable and looks great. Great Purchase
Bought for my son who is a baseball pitcher. I wanted him to get in a routine of stretching properly so he doesn't injure his arm. He loves it. We really like that it comes with a strap for the door so he can use it a home. He has been using it for about 3 weeks now and he can feel a difference in his arm strength.

The Quality and Functionality of the Band.
Arm Care 2 Go Bands have been very awesome for us. It really has help to change the dynamics of our Athletic Rehab programs, Pre- Practice, Post- Practice, Pre- Game, Post - Game and Maintenance exercise programs. We have had great success with the various methods of use that this particular Band is able to be incorporated thru exercises. We highly recommend Arm Care 2 Go!!!
