Chandelier crystal cleaner
I was rather skeptical whether or not this spray cleaner can bring the svorsky crystals sparkle back. Afterall, I am the guy who took each crystal off to soak it in hot degreaser to bring the sparkle back! After doing this twice, spending several hours on each cleaning, I was ready to use this product. This product had many positive reviews. I made sure that I moved a large formal dining table away from the chandelier. I also used a new large (8X10) tarp putting it down on the floor which I was very glad that I did. I also wore disposable gloves. The key to success of using the product is to have a plan. I started at the top, making sure that the direction of the spray is from the top. You also have to spin the crystal to make sure the crystal ball or other shapes of them is getting the spray on all surfaces with full rush of close spray. Yes, each crystal at a time! I know, it's work but you are making sure the cleaning fluid is covering all the surfaces. I cleaned bulbs separately because I don't want any residual fluid going into the bulb. I had to dab each crystal to soak up residual fluid remaining. The result was stunning!!! The result was better than if I had clean it each crystal at a time! I spent about an hour and half to complete this job which included preparation and bringing in a 6 foot ladder into my living room. I highly recommend this product if you have a beautiful chandelier with crystals that need reviving of their sparkles.

Worked excellent and I love the shine!
I had a cleaner years ago and thought it didn’t work well. But I was at a point to try something better. After reading reviews of people who seemed to be into REALLY trying to use this correctly. I took a chance .This is something you need to have a towel under on floor. I also had a step ladder to be as close as possible to chandelier is A MUST and a wade of just paper towel to try to block spraying past the crystals into your walls or whatever. Also, you want to try to get as much spray onto all sides of the crystals. As I was doing it I might do a little rub to some of the smaller ones that are tight to attachments to metal areas. I did this to higher quality crystals and I was extremely extremely happy. And I am a crital person and I was happy! I did let it dry a bit and went back and sprayed a few spots a bit more. But it dried perfect!Ps. The trick to keeping chandeliers clean is to dust weekly and wipe some w alcohol and paper towel to clean and keep somewhat a shine ,But sometimes they just need a super clean to get the super sparkle!

This Product Works
My mother had a chandler that had not been cleaned since the 70s. I bought this product and it cleaned the front crystals of the chandler beautifully. Because the crystals dangle, I did have a problem with the bulky side of the bottle getting to spray the back of the crystals because the bottle has to go within the chandelier itself but a wipe down with a soft tissue solves this issue easily. Rest assured this product DOES work as promised and the dripping is nothing a few newspapers can't handle. It has no interaction with the electricity of the bulbs if you're concerned about getting them wet. There is also enough spray provided for two to three cleanings if you're not satisfied with the first spray. An old chandelier covered with dust is now a beautifully light refracting lighting fixture.

Arrived damaged
Bottle was slightly damp when box was opened. Pump didn't work. I had to find another bottle to use. Didn't have time to get more since I was having company the next afternoon. Did an ok job cleaning the dust off the chandelier. Have used better product but can't seem to find the other brand any more.

Worked great! Here are the hacks I learned
First, the bottle and sprayer are flimsy. Before I even began (I’m a man with large hands) I transferred the contents to a Zep gooseneck sprayer which made it much better to work with. Finer spray control too.Second, definitely wear latex gloves. By the 3rd chandelier my hands are incredibly dried out from the chemicals in the cleaner - makes sense as it probably has an agent to help it dry quickly and a de-greaser of some kind. If you want to try cotton gloves, just examine your connectors. Mine had sharp-ended clips and anything buy latex would’ve gotten caught. When a micro fiber cloth was required, I had to be mindful not to catch it on the sharp ends. Patience is key depending on the complexity of your fixture.Third, if your fixture has a mirrored surface, do your best not to spray it. It was about 50/50 in terms of clearing off the flat plane of the mirrored surface which took some careful micro-cloth attention to get rid of the streaks.Fourth, at about the 5 minute mark, go around the fixture’s crystals and dab the bottoms with a micro cloth where the drips are hanging. Mine were very dirty (renovation and drywall dust). This step saved me from having to hand-wipe them all on the 2 largest chandeliers.Fifth, yes, follow the directions. A second spray does the trick and just repeat step 4 to ensure a completely blemish free pendant. Finally, for one fixture I did end up spraying twice and still had to go back at it cleaning each crystal by hand with a micro fiber cloth sprayed with just a bit of the product. BUT, to be fair, I remember they were kind of greasy looking when the fixture was installed. Like that chemical that will leach out of cheap plastic…in which they were originally packaged. So I don’t hold the product at fault for that.
