Great Wine Celler
Works perfectly. Reaches temperature quickly and holds it well. It’s also nice and quiet. The metal shelves are larger than the in the 18 bottle Wine Enthusiast cellar that this one replaced, making it easier to load wine. The only drawbacks are that the temperature indicators are hard to read in bright light and the French door handles are slightly misaligned. All a d all, I’m very happy with it. Big improvement over our old one

The handles will not screw in.
I was excited to receive this. Looks beautiful. Then I tried to install the handles. After literally hours of trying I have succeeded with one of four screws done. My bf came over and tried and cracked some inside piece and you can now see a crack line on the front glass area. So frustrating. Not sure what to do w it now. I wish I had saved the box to return it.

Broken handle attachments and missing pieces
I am disappointed on the quality of this cooler, especially the handles.First, as many have pointed out, attaching the handles is very difficult, especially for one person. Whoever thought of this consumer unfriendly design? Having to peel the door seal all the way back with one hand while trying to align the handle screw with the other is frustratingly difficult. Why not attach the handles like is done on virtually all refrigerators? Also, one of the handles had the extension that attaches to the door reversed so it would not align with the attachment screws. So I had to disassemble the handle and put it back together so it would work. And to make matters worse, one of the stops inside the door frame that keeps the handle screw from protruding too far outside of the door was broken. So pulling on the handle just pulls the screw out. I have written Wine Enthusiast about that asking for a fix or an exchange.Second, the unit was missing one of the wine rack shelves. I have requested that the missing shelf be sent to me.Third, the quick start instructions were for a different model. The touch controls on the door are different from the instruction sheet. A little trial and error got to the right settings, but that is just careless on the part of the seller.Fourth, the unit is pretty loud. Not a problem for me since it is not near our bedroom or family room, but it is louder than our refrigerator.Fifth, while the unit cools down quickly when it is empty, it takes forever (as in overnight) to cool down when you fill it with room temperature wine bottles (like a newly purchased case). But it does eventually cool down in both zones and maintains the temperature in each zone very well until you open the door and put in more bottles. If the seller can come up with a solution for the door handle issue or exchange the unit, I will keep it. Otherwise it will go back for a refund and I will buy something else.

Great fridge for white AND red wine lovers
My husband loves white wine and I love red. This fridge was a perfect purchase for us. You can set the temperature for each side to approximately chill white vs red. Well made. I am very happy with this purchase

So loud!
Holy cow. I saw reviews stating this machine was loud and breezed over them. I shouldn’t have. It is much louder than your average fridge. It is on the other end of my house and keeps me up from my bedroom at night. I’d keep it in my garage if my summers didn’t get so hot. I honestly don’t think I’ll be able to live with it and at the price point I am very upset. Literally no one would want to live with this thing.
