I do not have large hands, but the "large" gloves just fit. so I would recommend you purchase a size larger than you think you need. In less you like them snug. They do seem good though, and after using them a while maybe they will loosen up a bit, but I still like them, and if i purchase another set, I may get the xlarge. So, if you are a big guy with big hands, these wont fit you. If you are under 5'11, the sizing may work, but anyone above that you may start with the xlarge. OR, purchase from a weight lifting store where you can try them on first. OR, find a manufacturer that fits, and get the size from them, then purchase on Amazon. Or, support the brick and mortar store.

Great fitted gloves very good quality

These gloves fit perfectly and feel like good quality. Only draw back is doesn't breath, so gets sweaty inside, but still worth it.

I use these for my resistance band workouts. Right now not using a bar, just the gloves and they are tough and work great!

Much better lasting a full year with daily workout and cycling compared to RYMNT Full Fingers Workout Gloves which are falling apart after only three months. I'd like a pair which lasts a couple of years, though.

These are very helpful when working out with barbells. I'm not doing heavy body building, and figure those people may well need a special glove. For my home gym, they protect my hands and reduce slipping. The price and quality for that is just right.
