Just what I wanted

These are real slate, and 99.99% pure slate. Jet black color with virtually no marbling. I bought all three sizes and am VERY pleased with all. Washing is recommended but scrubbing is not really necessary. They look really beautiful in a freshwater fish aquarium. The shapes are varied as expected, but perfect and natural. Unless you have unlimited time to search for less expensive sources and options, these are worth the expense.

They are okey I thoght I would get a bit more bigger stones, but they are pretty small, I was hoping to cover the bottom of my tank with these rocks but I would have been only able to cover a small corner of the tank, if if you don't have a huge 40 gallon tank this is for you.

Perfect. Whoever shaped this did an excellent job. No sharp or seemingly busted up pieces. This is exactly what I needed for my aquariums. Given the quality, I just bought the 5 to 7 inch as well.

This slate is a perfect addition to any aquarium. I used the slate to hide a bubble want at the rear of my aquarium, but it has so many potential uses. I was very impressed with the accuracy of the description. As you know, product descriptions can be very unreliable on Amazon, and has been my number one reason for having to return items. Hats off to the sellers for taking the time to write an accurate description and for providing helpful photos that accurately portray what to expect. Also, the slate was very clean and packaged well. Prefect , right size and fit for 14 gallon tank, draws frogs love them

Nice product but not enough pieces to really make a cave. Some sharp edges that aren’t safe for my Axolotl. Very dusty so wash before placing in the tank.
